Signed offer rescinded 3 business days after I signed, and 6 business days after it was shared with me. Prior to signing, I had aligned with recruiter and hiring manager on a six-week relocation timeline. When rescinding, recruiter wrote: "While we are impressed with your experience and skills, upon further review of the role, the Visa team has concluded that they need someone who can be present in the [location] offices on an earlier timeframe. As such, this email confirms the offer letter you received on [date] is hereby rescinded and no longer valid."

Went through multiple rounds: recruiter screen, two technical phone screens, and an onsite split across two days. One round had to be rescheduled because the interviewer didn’t show. Altogether, the process stretched across ~6 days of interviews over more than two months. The recruiter shared that most rounds were positive at the target level, with one at a level below. They said they’d sync internally to get alignment on next steps—then silence. Emailed the recruiter a few times, but got nothing.

Interviewing with this company after the initial recruiter call it took them 3 weeks to schedule a first interview. Once that was done I waited an additional two weeks for the second round (both times were with two people). Mind you the first group was 15 minutes late to my interview, did I continue of course I did. Then they call me on a Thursday wanted to schedule a final interview with the last person. Turns out I waited two weeks to hear back stating they had selected another candidate. A whole 3 month process.
